Cancellation Policy

We understand there may be times when you are unable to keep your appointment and will do our best to accomodate your request given you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Requests to cancel or change your appointment with such short notice greatly disadvantage other clients, your therapist and the business.

Therefore, failure to attend your appointment or any cancellations or rescheduling requests within the 24 hour window will incur a 100% cancellation fee which will be charged to your credit card provided to us upon booking.

We ask for your understanding in creating a fair and sustainable business and welcome you to contact us to discuss any concerns prior to making your appointment.

Appointment Policy

Your appointment with Brow Rituals is confirmed once we receive credit card details as per the cancellation policy and your confirmation email and sms are received - we can’t wait to welcome you to the studio!

All new clients are requested to arrive 5 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete a consultation form and all returning clients are requested to arrive on time. Our Senior Ritual Stylists are in demand and as such often fully booked back to back. Please contact the studio if you are running more than 5 minutes late as this may result in you forgoing part or all of your treatments and incurring the cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate you when possible whilst ensuring no inconvenience is caused to other clients.

Please note, we will require credit card details to secure your booking in line with our cancellation policy.

For our first time clients, eyelash extensions, lash lifts and brow lamination bookings will require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. The appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit is transferred into a credit. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than two times, your deposit is forfeited.

We want your experience at Brow Rituals to be comfortable, relaxing and luxurious so you leave looking and feeling your best. We value your feedback, so please let us know before your treatment begins if your pregnant, currently taking any medications, allergies, using any active skin care products or recently received any medical facial treatments as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

If you experience discomfort during or post your treatment, please let the team know immediately or within 48 hours of the treatment.
